Here are the close-up detail shots of the photographic panels I inserted into the Drop Cloth series- all were pictures of WWII soldiers during strategy meetings or planning boards except I changed a few details and made them working on their quilts.
OMG! These are at once, both hilarious and SpookORama! this is the first time I have ever really appreciated using printed images in fiberwork. Usually it's "cause I can" here, it's the heart of the thing and it matters.
