Wish I could EAT parts of it, tequila distillery coming to mind.

Another squirrel picture. I like my burgers too.
And the Horror:
...You will not be satisfied now by keeping things on a superficial level. Don't try to rationalize your actions; instead, give yourself permission to follow your heart rather than your head.
As I think I have mentioned lately as it's giving me major angst, I am working now from a found portrait photograph from the 50's and I am having some problems honoring the previous photographic artist as well as making it my own version. Well, perfectly timed,
Ole Robert Genn this morning was talking about when an artist takes as a starting point some popular work that has entered the public imagination, he starts to say,*Art has universal values that are immutable and timeless.
*Art is not so sacrosanct that it cannot be parodied.
*There's nothing new under the sun.
*There's always something new under the sun.
*Art is a brotherhood and sisterhood that defies death.
*Art about art teaches the dangers of entrenched tradition.
*Older and time-worn ideas are forever worth examining.
*Art about art need not answer all the questions about art. Riddled as it is with riddles and enigmas, art lends itself to further riddles and enigmas.
Brilliant. I'm gonna stick this on my wall so I can comfort myself. Now, to see the artist, Cesar Santos he was talking about, click on his link. These are some amazing re-interpretations of classic works, see how many you can name.
