Which Allow an Ought Garage

American Red Cross- Hurricane Katrina On everyone's mind today as things get worse and worse.

The news is that we are narrowing down the Italian options which is so hard- I want to do it all! But it looks like we will spend 3 days in Venice again with side trips to Verona and perhaps Padua, then change out base of operations to 3 days in Bologna (and I cannot get Oscar Meyer out of my head.) with side trips to Ferrara or Parma and probably Ravenna You know TY, he has to do everything. It was a crushing blow to him to not have Florence added on again too. But we're talking one week so it will be short.

Ferrara is where the square is that was immortalized by Georgio de Chirico and his perspective studies. And I guess I don't have to say anything abut Parma, do I? Apparently you get hunks of parmesan even for breakfast.

I got Molly booked into the large kennel so 'she will be more comfortable' than in the regular cages, and it has web cameras so I can check on her from wherever I can find web access. I probably won't because it would break my heart to see her lonely little face, but I will give the address to Mandy so she can check regularly. I will see if Nate can pick her up a few days early too. She (Molly, not Mandy) is having a bout of anorexia these last few days and isn't eating- I wonder if it isn't related to getting so anxious every time the stove goes on. Guess I will just order out all the time and never use the stove again.

So, back to planning and plotting this trip- only 5 weeks away, guess I had better check to see if the passport is still good.
