1 can SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed (12 oz)
2/3 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbs Lime juice
1 tsp Dry mustard
2 c Seedless grapes
1 c Peapods, cut in half
1/2 c Thinly sliced red onion
In skillet, saute SPAM over high heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly; set aside. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, and dry mustard. In large bowl, combine grapes, SPAM, peapods, and onion. Toss with mayonnaise mixture. Cover and chill 1 hour.
Got a call from the ALP last night that my dad had been admitted to the hospital with renal failure. Checked this morning when Verizon finally got the message to my phone and they couldn't find him there, finally located him in the ICU and I talked to the nurse, meanwhile reading every renal failure web page I could find...
She said he is doing much better today, the doc is supposed to call me back, but she 'didn't think they would be doing dialysis'.
Of course not- they don't know they are dealing with (da da da dum...) LAZARUS.
Well, that ruined my morning.
