Ohmigawd Christmas

I've been finding 'presents' for my nieces and nephew lately- the Good Thing is that most of them would suffice as one present for the family instead of the usual one apiece. Saves a few bucks, and as TY says- over and over- we ARE on a fixed income.

Grand Victorian Mansion- $22,000

Junior Off Roader Gasoline-Powered Vehicle for Two- $32,350

Zoltar (Fortune Teller)- $8,999.95

This one is more affordable but somehow it doesn't make it any more appealing.

Ummm, nothing against Johnny Cash, or the Bible either, but please don't give me this for Christmas.
This was today's Audible.com featured gift.

Publisher's Summary

"I wear the black for those who've never read or listened to the words that Jesus said."
Johnny Cash

Listen to the New Testament (King James Version) read in its entirety by music legend Johnny Cash. After 20 years of encouragement from his mother to record the Bible, he approached the recording of the New Testament with "fear, respect, awe, and reverence for the subject matter". Cash added, "I also did it with a great deal of joy, because I love the Word." Johnny Cash Reading the Complete New Testament is 19 hours of the Word of God from one of the most distinctive voices of our time.
