Here is the latest in my time-waster weekend. I had these tiny little Ninjas that I bought at a kid's store years ago, and found them the same day as I was trying to figure out what to do with my mom's black coral necklace I inherited. There ya go- synchronicity at work again! Also included a few multi-neutral colored round beads and some handblown glass beads and two fancy black crystal numbers. And wouldn't you know I also found some ants and 2 spiders to add. I was hoping that their weight would make the Ninjas stand up straight but it didn't work. Actually I found that they DO stay upright once the necklace is on because they can lean back against my clavicle- how convenient for all of us! Wore it last night, didn't get a single comment which means it is too subtle. Wait till next time.
More practically, I am knitting away on this blanket every night- the goal is to do one section every night and so far so good.QUILTS??? So who cares about quilts? I got too much else going on!
