Clean Up Day for the Files

Today's Horror Scope (I think they have been reading my blog!)You may feel as if others don't really see who you are, even if they are looking directly at you. You don't understand how they can sidestep your position as you proudly hold your head high and
carry out your assigned task, even if your heart is hurting. A humble disclosure can bring the recognition you so desperately seek, even if it makes you a bit uncomfortable.

OK, I keep a running file on my desktop where I put all the links I want to show. But I get busy talking about other stuff and forget. So, today, here is the whole file, edited down to those links that seem to still be live. And tomorrow I start a new file and promise to keep it cleaner and more up to date. For instance I was absolutely in love with the Teddy Bear book below, and ordered it for my pregnant daughter for Christmas. She thought it hideous, and her husband hates it. And here it is in my 'too cute' file. I still love the book.

Jupiter lights, a little past the sell-by date but I just found it on YouTube. Folks in Jupiter neighborhoods have amazing contests amongst the neighborhoods for decorating their houses for holidays. My persona;l take is that it is a whole lot easier to stand on a step stool in 70 degree weather and hang lights on your eaves than it is up north. Plus it gives them a sense of holiday. Nothing like a 8 foot blow up snow globe to say 'Christmas' in Florida.
