I need some work done on my teeth- at my age it's all fixing the stuff that has already been done, but has disintigrated over thirty or forty years. I found I have many options to bring me back to my wedding picture days:
Oh, for the glory days when I looked my best.
But now there are dentures that match my original teeth perfectly.
And also there are little veneers, 14K, so only a few are a statement. I like this one.
I remember a guy named Alex back at ole SU in the 60's who had a ruby imbedded in his front tooth. There is that option too. But I would want a damn big ruby so it wouldn't just look like I had something stuck there, like maybe a pomegranet seed. Good reason to avoid emeralds in this situation. *
And there are artists out there who do custom work so if maybe you want a portrait of a rooster or David Letterman, go to this guy:

And here is all my money
(Brian Romero did this all free hand, no Photoshop was hurt!)
But if you do need a little PS lesson on how to improve teeth, here ya go:

If all else fails these half-masks are available to cover the lower jaw. Might be something necessary to drag around between appointments!
