Well, Hot Damn!

So, ALL my fabric is now on the shelves. he bins are stacked and out of the way and I can see it all! And guess what I found- the perfect background for the bridge piece was lurking in the bins this whole time. I spent yesterday fusing it to a piece of canvas and trying to square it up so I know how big I'm working. And while I was playing chicken with Carpal Tunnel with my iron, I noticed a bunch of other things I can also throw at the new piece! Already the Muse is paying me back for leaving out all that candy for her secret visits! I'm on a roll, don't bother me...

Also got a few more pages into the new book I'm working on. I am trying to complete a double page every day, but it's a big book and this will take a long time. Speaking of books, I was reminded the other day that the Alphabet Soup Book for the gran'chillun is still in a multitude of pieces and must be dealt with so I hauled that out and spread it around the studio too. And I have to get to work on my Sketchbook Project too! So at least, and finally, I am at it again. Can't wait to haul my sore body back today. (The cement floors aren't helping- perhaps I need to get some sort of rubber flooring in there...gotta sell quite a few quilts to make that a reality!) Today I will try sneakers instead of my usual sandals to see if that makes a difference.

Screw the Horror-Scope today.
You wish you had more time to spend at home with your family now...
I*DON'T*THINK*SO! Love,

Isn't finding all the old cool stuff worth the trouble!
