Interesting fact. Of course at 85 seconds you have most likely splatted into the ocean. I hate flying.
Have spent the morning online searching for squid ink and finally found some vendor who sells through Amazon in case you need some too. I am making a fish-only paella and thought squid ink might take it up a notch.

Of course I really want to stick in a few chorica sausages
but can't this time because of a couple of pescatarians. I just might cook up the chorica anyway and put it in a side bowl, thought they will probably object to the 'fumes'. Of course I could always make TWO paellas... a white one with chicken and chorica
and a black one with just the seafood, eh?
Jury is out on this project, have to get through Thanksgiving first.

That sausage looks creepy with it's six little insecty legs and python body. Is that the secret ingredient that makes it tasty?
You're right- Creepy Sausage, poorly placed plate design!. But it's the only cooked one I could find. In actuality, I would take it out of it's casing and chop it up before frying. Or even slice it, depending on how much I wanted to put in.
