reaching fondle tenax

Beauty is worse than wine, it intoxicates both the holder and beholder.

Messed with the printer again this morning, still unable to get the same paper to print that was working fine before it simply stopped working fine.  Scream inducing.  I had Molly with me in the studio with her goggly eyes, then went to her vet appointment to check it out.  Doc was befuddled but says her eyes themselves are fine, it's just that darn third eyelid that keeps trying to close.  So, we have some pain killers to be used as needed, some antibiotics, and something else I have no idea what it does.  The CAUSE of the goggly eyes is some simple syndrome OR it is a brain tumor.  When I came home with that news, TY informed me we will not be getting any brain operations so we will ride it out and see what develops.

And I thought we were nearing the end of her eye troubles.  HA, Murphy's Law in action.

In house news, today we went over to see a house to steal some ideas.  We walked in and I was truly blown away buy the most beautiful house I've ever been in!  They had renovated it because they fell in love with the land so they had magnificent views from every room. The ENTIRE house was white-  not ecru or off-white, pure sparkling white, EVERYthing!  Far from being boring or blinding, it was gorgeous.  OK, I couldn't live that way because every time I kicked off a beige shoe
I'd feel guilty.  The thing is that the house was completely informal!  Unbelievably formally informal!  Oh, the place was liberally sprinkled with some Real Art too-  I wish I could have taken pictures.

Art director and model maker Jessica Dance redefines the meaning of “comfort food” with this new series of knitted lambswool recreations of common foods that from a distance could almost pass as the real thing. The project is a collaboration with food photographer David Sykes and is meant to encapsulate the feeling of British cafes and fast food restaurants with a woolly twist.

The work of Bainbridge Island artist Kathe Fraga recalls the fanciful beauty of those departed days.

And now for a little porn-  watch out it can be addicting!

a mug with a surprise inside!  I'm not so sure this would make me happy early in the morning.  Your mileage may vary.  Have a nice weekend, I have so much work to do!
