Cream Scones- yum
Today I got the hankering for scones, haven't made them in a forever because of the carb thing, but simply cannot stop myself today. My recipe is a bit different but this one is close enough. Connie is on her way over and that means I can justify the process, and maybe bacon too.
She is here from Dallas for the weekend and today I have to come up with some sort of activity- naturally it has to include food. I presented her with my list of ideas last night and today we will narrow it all down to something do-able. She seems to be interested in anything, but maybe that's just because she is out of Dallas for a few days. Probably we will do a museum, she loved the Gardner last time she was in town.
