Battle of Lexington and Concord

So, we compromised, ended up in Lexington in the 90 degree heat walking the battlefield. We were helped out by an reenactor who was more of a MinuteOldman than a Minuteman, but he was quite engaging and told us about which houses were there back in the late 1700's. He also cautioned us about getting gravel in our shoes! he was originally from Niagara Falls and we tried to hide our hideous Buffalo accents from each other pretty successfully.

OK, all that battlefield walking got to me and I needed a yarn fix- headed over to Wild and Wooley and bought a new magazine and some blue pearly buttons for the Koigu Toreador jacket that is almost finished. Here is is last week:
