Today's links are all about wood- didn't you read the title? Or rather, didn't you believe it?

Fraser Smith - Carved Wood I ran into this guy again at the Palm Beach Craft Show last weekend. He was fielding so many folks who thought he was dealing with fabric even when their noses were against his quilts. The pieces in his quilts now have a hand-dyed look, just like the real ones we see in quilt shows! He sure is observant of 'our world'. One of the items he had was a red suede coat on a hanger that was so realistic it looked like you could put it on! He said he started out doing clothing and had the red suede and a black leather motorcycle jacket in his booth. Since his prices are SO high, I have no idea how his sales were going but sure hope someone can afford him- wish it were me.
