Two Pounders

Actually these guys are sort of skinny for two pounders, sometimes called 'twins'. I found this teensy picture in the newspaper- no kidding, it's 1 1/2" square, so have blown it up to use in the Inspire Me Thursday project which you wills ee tomorrow. The bigger I get it, now at 8.5 x 11", the more it pixilates and looks just like a fabric texture. I have printed it in different sizes five times now, but for some reason the canvas and the old red and white linen tablecloth are balking at going through my printer- I have printed lots of canvas, don't know what's wrong with this effort.

My brain is fried apparently- I completely forgot to go pick up the slides we had taken the other day- three of us are now slideless for all sorts of dates coming up and it's all my fault. I feel sick about leting my friends down. I have left hysterical messages for the photographer but our deal was I would pick up early so he could get out of town for god-knows how long. I wills ty awake tonight worrying about this.

Or more probably I will stay awake worrying about the delicious just-picked baby corn stuck in all my teeth that is beginning to hurt.

Here is a link to some amazing UK knitters work: Knitted Textile Artists It's amazing how much more creative they are with knitting- here we seem to be much more interested in weird threads instead of weird objects, in siomple craft instead of taking it to an art level.
