oops

Sorry folks, I didn't make it to the Small Works opening afterall- my cute arty outfit is still hanging inside my closet door.

I ended up in the hospital yesterday afternoon at 3, got home after midnight after x-rays and CT scans and being pretty much miserable. Seems that the colonoscopy tube on Tuesday set off a chain reaction and I ended up with a hideous diverticulitis attack. The doc was there hovering over me scared to death, and wanted to keep me overnight but my iPod was about out of power and my cell wouldn't work in the hospital so no way would I stay. TY picked me up and fetched my antibiotics and vicodin and I slept until 10 today. Have a clear liquids diet ahead of me for a few days but I am HOPING to get to Lowell maybe by Sunday to do the review.

Sorry that I loaded the pictures without the captions- that was what I have my 'reporters notebook' in my purse for! Like Roseann Rosannadanna said, "It's always something."
