Tortugas All Over the Place
Finally I have finished the turtle necklace. This one took some time because of not having the correct skill-set, as we say. but I think it's a keeper. I added tiny gold and silver beads to be the sand, as well as some pearl 'bubbles'. Here is also a close up and an awful shot of my torso in a tee-shirt that has just washed out the glue brushes- the only purpose of this one is to show relative scale. TY says I need to grow a foot to wear it, so I promised to only wear it when I want most to piss him off.
Another notch in the completed file. On to the ninja necklace and the sparkly one made from Molly's matted hair.
But today will be taken up with estate stuff- I not get more mail here for dead people than live ones and hope to knock off a few of the regular incoming things with checks- like Judy taught me years ago, if I simply throw money at it, it WILL go away. She has usually been right so I'll give it another go.
On the great news front, today is the last day of my antibiotics so it's wine for dinner again! Dinner will be at 10 AM today, c'mon down!.

I LOVE the turtles! I think the gold and silver beads are a really nice finishing touch too. What are the turtles made out of?
The necklace is wonderful!
