Yeah, here I am again. I haven't actually been lost, just internet-less and very busy with this renovation.
One's destination is never a place, said Henry Miller, but rather a new way of looking at things. Well, OK, then...
Finally we got moved into the center of the chaos and I found my computer and the Airport and got it set up. It only took me three days of fiddling to get it back working- a teensy password problem. Finally yesterday I was in a deep enough 'help' layer to find how to reset it.
Voila, problem solved and all is well on all the computers again. Meanwhile, here are a few links I have been collecting to amuse myself. And you guys too.

spam shirtsI know you are all probably getting sick of my going on and on about Theo Janssen, but here is a talk he gave at the TED conference in the spring. He is my favorite sculptor, bar none, because he is able to seamlessly blend art with physics and come up with amazing 'animals'. How I would love to see these in actual motion, not just videos. I did see one of the animals at Mass MoCA so I will have to content myself with that until further notice. So- here's Theo:
