Print it out and stick it on the fridge.
Whenever I feel that things are getting out of control and the fun is gone, I know it's time to grab the oxygen mask.
It's time for mom (or dad) to recharge, have a treat, a pampering session, a long lunch with friends, a movie, ANYTHING that focusses on ME things not kid things.
Book some time in today.
