Aperture Dynamite Trumpery

(And now for something a little electroluminescent:)

Wrecking Crew Orchestra, out of Japan.  And a confession-  I was an a avid fan of 'America's Best Dance Crew' on MTV-  the new season starts in April and I'll catch it here and there.  LOVE the energy of that show-  street kids who really put their all into dance and teamwork.
(I have been shopping all morning online for one of these suits in case they ever need a south Florida grandma member!)

Next order of business.  both dogs are somewhere in the house, I don't know.  This is a MAJOR development because for the last week Pepper has been glued to my leg and scared to death to go anywhere that I wasn't his personal cow-catcher on our engine.  I have become quite insane calling both of them by my past dogs names, switching the sexes and the one that was most annoying-  this is driving TY nuts and he thinks I'm ready for the Alzheimers unit.  I have been constantly screaming at Pirate, who has been dead now 12 + years.  And I am having pronoun problems while I'm at it, always calling Pepper 'she'.  So, at this point maybe I am ready for a long rest with my feet up on a hassock somewhere BUT my constant vigilance of these guys seems to be working out.  Pretty soon I might be able to leave tho house...  lettuce prey.

TY was home this morning so I took the opportunity to hit the Farmer's Market here that I've heard about- about 15 minutes away, so it's way easier to get to than the one in downtown West Palm on Saturdays.  Well, much to my surprise this one was even bigger, and as usual I was out of cash before I got halfway through.  I got homemade ricotta and mozzarella, some short ribs and some fish for tonight along with the required produce that made my bag too heavy to carry.

Last tent I picked up a spray of orchids to celebrate being out of the house alone.  And then I scurried home.  The two markets here stop in mid April and the first of May-  the same time the markets in New England start up.  Everything is upside down here.  But I finally got ahold of the good tomatoes!
