pursue cuisine irresistible

Courage is not the absence of fear,
but rather the judgement that something else
 is more important than fear.

For Christmas my old friend sent me this card- perfect for the Color Wheel page, eh?  Actually the card is a bit brighter but I didn't take time to mess with the scanner.  She's got my number, for sure.  Love this card, it wins my favorite of the season.

You realize the necessity of making changes to your daily routine, but you might not understand just yet how big this shift will be. Don't expect everything to happen right away, since there are circumstances beyond your control that must play out before you can take your next step. Thankfully, you're willing to do whatever needs to be done in order to get through this transition. Be patient; there's a light at the end of the tunnel.  Horrors.

And since I'm still using up Christmas posts, and I feel that's OK for another two days, here is a tutorial on how to make your Jello Christmas Tree with lights!  So festive.  This will be next years project and gives me time to find an available traffic cone to 'borrow'.

Artist Ralf Holleis‘s 3D-printed Christmas cookies are created by packing a printer’s extruder full of colored cookie dough, then loading up a model that looks like something a robot might leave for cyborg Santa Claus. The printer pushes the dough out in swirls and loops onto wax paper that Holleis then puts in the oven, ending in a desert that not even the most detailed mold could make. The results:

The thing is, if you've got a 3-D printer to play around with, you can also make ornaments-

Designed by 3D Materialize Ltd. It’s a very original pendant and 3D printed in silver.  Another christmas ornament from the i.materialise collection. the Christmas star is 3D printed in white polyamide.  And Luigi Vaghi’s Ribbon for X-mas (in the middle) won a challenge last year.

And to close it of on a high note today, I found a video of the old Water-Into-Snow trick, as you can tell, it's from Russia so you won't understand it but the images are clear and you too can do it to amaze and illuminate your friends!

OK, so I am in Fourth Position most of the time.  Sigh.

if we don't do jello trees next year we're losers. I did crave info about how they got the tree OUT of the traffic cone - she seemed a little surprised!

Off for coffee and then snow shoveling, you can go ahead and laugh now.
